Always these days i feel my career is shredding its skin and hopefully soon i will be spreading my wings step by step unlocking my potential. A world Ive been brought up in, is one where it is very hard to gain genuine nutrition and a healthy diet is not encouraged properly. We often preach the words 'You reap what you sow' or 'You get out what you put in' so why is it that we fill our selves with nutrition deficient junk food, e-numbers, refined sugars amongst all different manner of chemicals and heavy metals.
